A Taste of Wisdom: The Sweet Promise of Proverbs 24 13-14

My son, eat honey, for it is good; and let knowledge be sweet to your palate. Know that wisdom is just like that for your soul. If you find it, there will be a future, and your hope will not be cut off.

So, how can we acquire this priceless treasure? Proverbs 9:10 gives us the key: "The fear of Jehovah is the beginning of wisdom." It requires us to regularly study His Word, seek his guidance in prayer, and listen to the counsel of others who live by his principles. By doing so, we begin a journey that will not only bring sweetness to our lives but also provide a secure future and a hope that can never be lost.
